Who is she?
Marisa (she/they) is a New York based performer from New Jersey (home of the BEST bagels and pizza).
Her one-child performance of Willy Wonka in her living room at the age of 8 was the starting point of what would be a life in the theatre. After seeing a production of Billy Elliot, she was inspired by the beauty and fight for what it means to be an artist. She fell in love even more with theatre and decided this was it.
Marisa is passionate about forward change and fostering community in our industry. They strive to cultivate a space where theatre is accessible to all people. She hopes to take her knowledge of ASL into interpreting theatrical performances in the future.
As a Jewish queer person, they also enjoy exploring stories and characters of their communities.
